It’s kinda like that old, obscure reality show, “Hole In The Wall.”

Contestants try and position their bodies so they fit through the impending foam wall that has a hole shaped in a specific shape.

If they don’t, they’re swept into the drink.

So, when a 300 pound man sees the approaching silhouette-shape of a pirouetting ballerina, his heart skips a beat.

Some contestants burst through the foam, which of course defeats the idea.

But they stay dry.

Innovative ideas are those that people try to conform to the mold.

But they have to burst through if they’re going make it.

Even the idea of “creativity studies” was an innovation.

Researchers needed to step back and ask themselves what the unifying concept was that led to innovation in the arts, business, literature, and more.
